Please come to your appointment alone.
 

​Please do not turn up early or late to save crossing over with other clients. If you are early please wait in your car until your appointment time.
 

​If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
 

​If you are nervous about the pain you can request a Dental Block / Add this to your treatment for £20 or you can apply EMLA cream 30 minutes before hand which can be purchased from a chemist.
 

​I agree I am a minimum age of 18 years. (You will be asked to provide ID on arrival and no refunds will be made if you fail to provide this or this shows you are not a minimum of 18 years of age)
 

​I agree booking fees/deposits are non-refundable. Bookings can be moved with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
 

​I agree to notify Karen of any allergies that I have and my previous medical history on arrival.
 

​COVID-19
 

I can confirm I have not had any COVID-19 symptoms within the last 14 days and have not been in contact with anyone with symptoms or anyone who has been out of the country within 14 days.
 

​Important

If you have booked an anti-wrinkle treatment with me and you are a new client you must have attended a consultation appointment with my prescriber. This appointment is valid for 12 months, for further clarification please contact me.

Cancellations
 

Any cancellations must be given 48 hours' notice in which to move your appointment, any less than this and your booking fee will be lost. All booking fees are non-refundable.
